Ibrahim Owoade is a seasoned legal professional and corporate governance expert with a strong background in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Ibrahim has served in various legal capacities, including as Executive/Technical Assistant to the CEO of the Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service (FCT-IRS), where he provided high-level legal advisory, policy formulation, and governance support. He also worked as a Senior Legal Officer at Mortgage Bank LTD, managing corporate restructuring, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial duties
At Probitas Partners LLP, Ibrahim served as an Associate, where he conducted legal research, prepared legal opinions on real estate transactions and loan agreements, and reviewed various legal documents including due diligence reports, shareholder agreements, and security documentation. He also provided advisory services to ensure client compliance with government regulations, engaged in negotiations and mediations for out-of-court settlements, and represented clients in contentious lawsuits.
